How to Change an Employee's Class in Employee Navigator

1. Upon logging in to Employee Navigator, pull up the employee in the search bar.

2. Click on the employee's Profile tab.

3. Under the Class dropdown, select the appropriate class for the employee and click Save.

4. You will need to enter the Change Effective Date and click Next

5. You will need to confirm the changes. Click on Drop to drop the employee from the plans they are no longer eligible for, if applicable. Then, click Yes, Save Changes.
