How to Update an Employee's Leave Status in Employee Navigator

1. Pull up the employee in Employee Navigator

2. Click on the employee's Profile and then click on Leave Status.

3. To add a Leave Status, click on "Add Leave Status+".

4. Follow the steps to add a Leave Status. 

  • Leave Status: Choose from Furlough, FMLA, Military, Leave of Absence, of Sabbatical.
  • Start Date: Enter the leave start date
  • End Date: Enter the leave end date. If you do not know the leave end date, leave blank and update once provided.

5. To Edit a Leave Status, click on "Edit." You can use this to adjust/extend a leave end date.
