To send a welcome email to an employee to register in the system:
Option 1:
Admin user sends a registration email during the Add An Employee process via the Send an Email step. The employee will then receive an email that includes a registration link.
Option 2
At a later date, via the employee's Profile tab> Manage Login> Send Registration button. The employee will then receive an email that includes a registration link. This link directs them to the registration page, which prompts the employee to input the following information:
• First name
• Last name
• Company ID (This is included in the employee's welcome/registration email)
• Last 4 of SSN
• DOB
