How to Set New Hire Complete for an Employee in Employee Navigator

Set New Hire Complete 

The SET NEW HIRE COMPLETE will now activate any pending enrollments. This is used when an employee may be prevented from selecting agree and complete, such as plan configuration issue, or their enrollment window simply expired before agreeing to their selections.  

Note: The SET NEW HIRE COMPLETE function is only supported when the company’s Enrollment Setting for Pending New Hire Enrollments is set to one of the following options: “Pending Until All Complete” or “Pending Until HR Approves.”  

To Set New Hire Complete:

1. Find the employee.

2. Click SET NEW HIRE COMPLETE under ACTIONS.

3. Enter the completion date and Click SAVE. The enrollment completed date  defaults to the current date, but can be backdated if the preference is to track a  retroactive completion date.
