How to Add a Demo Employee in Employee Navigator

Add Demo Employee 

Demo Employees can be added for testing purposes. If an EDI file feed is currently active, the demo employee will not be transmitted to the carrier. Demo employees are also not included in reports. The process to add a demo employee is the same as adding an employee except for certain fields, such as SSN that are system generated.

1. From the EMPLOYEES tab, click on Add Demo Employee and complete the steps to add the demo employee.
