How to Find an Employee in Employee Navigator

Find Employee

All employees assigned to a HR user ID are accessible by searching for an individual employee by last name or full social security number. HR users have administrative access.

 

To find an employee from the HOME tab:

1. Enter the employee’s last name or complete 9-digit social security number in the  provided search box. Partial name can be used in the search box to widen the search.

2. The employee(s) will appear in a dropdown box. Click on the desired employee to  access the record.

 

To find an employee from the EMPLOYEE tab:  

1. Enter the employee’s last name or complete 9- digit SSN in the provided search box. Partial names can be used in the search box to widen the search.
