How to View an Employee's Beneficiaries

View Beneficiaries

There are a few ways to view Beneficiaries:

1. Run a preconfigured Beneficiary specific report from the Company Report Tab. Under General Reports, select 'Beneficiaries'.

 

2. Beneficiaries are also included in each employee Benefit Confirmation Statement report.

3. From the Employee's 'Benefits Summary' tab on the Company level, select 'View Details'. This link will redirect you to the Employee's Benefit Summary view. Select Beneficiaries under "Benefits".

4. The same page can be accessed if you are already on the Employee's Home Page. From the Employee Home Page, select 'Benefits' > 'Beneficiaries'.

Edit/Delete

To edit/delete an employee's beneficiary:

1. Go to the employee's homepage.

2. Click "Benefits" or “Enrollment Summary” at the top of the page.

3. Click "Beneficiaries" on the left navigation.

4. Click "Edit Beneficiaries" and select the benefit to be updated.

5. Either edit or remove.
