How to Terminate an Employee in Employee Navigator

Terminate Employment 

To terminate employment:

1. Locate the employee by the HOME or EMPLOYEE tab.

2. Under ACTION click TERMINATE EMPLOYMENT.

3. Another option available option is through the Employee’s Profile tab>  Employment and click Terminate under the Employment Status.

4. Complete the requested information (verify address, termination date and reason) and click NEXT.

5. Click on CONTINUE on the Are you sure you want to terminate this employee pop-up.

6. Employee has been successfully terminated. If the employee was enrolled in any plans, you'll be able to view the plans that have ended.
