If you fill your prescriptions at a local (retail) pharmacy, you do not need a new prescription because of the insurance change. However, you'll need to show your new ID card and inform your pharmacist about your new insurance.
If you fill your prescriptions through mail-order, your mail-order refills will end after June 30th. However, our new medical plan offers mail-order, and all plan members will receive information about how and where to sign up for the new service.
Please Note: Some mail-order pharmacies allow you to set up automatic payments for medication. If you have set up an automatic payment for your mail-order medications with your current carrier we recommend you contact them to cancel the autopayment.
