How to register for a United Healthcare Online Account

If you have recently become covered by United Healthcare for your Health Insurance, you can follow the steps below to create your online account:

• Go to the United Healthcare member website
• Enter your personal information to create an account. Please note: You will want to use your information as it appears in Employee Navigator. This may include using a formal name like Robert rather than Bob. 

• If you have your ID Card you can enter your Health Plan ID to register. If you have not yet received your ID Card you can use your Social Security Number to register.
