How do I find a Summary of Benefits and Coverage?

Carrier documents, such as Summaries of Benefits and Coverage (SBCs), are available under the Employee Navigator Document Library. You can follow the steps below to access your Document Library.

1. Log into Employee Navigator: www.employeenavigator.com.  

2. From your Home page, click on Document Library.

3. You can view your documents, plan documents, and HR documents.

4. You can also request a hard copy of your Summary of Benefits and Coverage from Human Resources at any time, at no cost to you.
